Shipping Policy



At Wiresuperstore.com.com SERVICE has been and always will be our number one priority.  By pulling our inventory from many locations throughout the U.S. we are able to meet our customer’s high expectations of a fast and reliable turnaround time.  When you place an order with us you can feel confident that your order will ship quickly and correctly.  We truly appreciate your business and understand that no one likes to wait for their products. 

Shipping Methods:
For all standard orders we ship via UPS, Fedex, United States Postal Service..  During the checkout process you will be given the option to select the best carrier based on your needs.  For larger orders and those requiring special handling (ie liftgate service) delivery will be made via a freight carrier.   

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your online shopping cart, and are based on the size and weight of your items, their destination, and which shipping method you choose. Our shipping rates are quoted to you directly from real time shipping calculators, and include a small handling fee, (which includes internal handling and related costs), on each order which is applied at time of order and reflected on customer's invoice.  Receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished. Wiresuperstore.com covers shipping and handling for standard ground delivery for orders over US $75 before tax and freight (including any backorders). COD shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery ("Other Freight Services"), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Any charges incurred for Other Freight Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

How Fast Will My Order Ship?
Most orders placed by 3:00 pm ET will ship that day!  Whether the material is in our stock or one of our many vendors’ warehouses across the country does not matter, we understand the importance of a fast turn around.  After all, time is money.  Please feel free to call us regarding any special shipping instructions or for time sensitive shipments.   

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you.  The email will show the estimated delivery date, tracking information, etc.  Whether your order is shipping within the United States or over sees we have you covered! 

Will I Need to Sign for My Delivery?
Signature tracking is always the best way to insure proper delivery of your materials.  Most of the shipping methods other than the United States Postal Service require a signature. 

International Shipping
If you need coax wire in Denmark and fire alarm cable in China, no need to worry!  Wiresuperstore.com.com will ship your order worldwide.  As long as our carriers can get to you, there’s no need to go anywhere else.  Please keep in mind that all applicable duty and taxes are your responsibility.  Please review international shipping policies of UPS and FEDEX.

All Wiresuperstore.com.com export orders are shipped under INCOTERMS® 2010 rules as defined by the International Chamber of Commerce. Unless otherwise stated and agreed, default shipping term is FCA Wiresuperstore.com.com shipping location, excluding export customs clearance. Freight is prepaid to U.S. airport or port of exit for single shipment orders of U.S. $1,500 or more of product (before tax and freight) using routing of Wiresuperstore.com’s choice. Other shipments are freight collect from any Wiresuperstore.com facility. Customer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance. At Wiresuperstore.com’s option, this freight policy may be subject to special terms and conditions for certain export orders. If any item is backordered that qualifies for freight prepayment, that item will be shipped prepaid as customer's exclusive remedy. Title and risk of loss for products shall pass when made available to customer on delivery to carrier in the U.S.; provided that if payment has not been made at the time of shipment, Wiresuperstore.com.com shall retain title (but not risk of loss) until payment has been made. If product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the applicable airline, carrier, vessel and/or insurance company; provided, however, that if Wiresuperstore.com.com has not received payment in full at the time the product is damaged in transit, customer shall be liable to Wiresuperstore.com.com to make payment for the product, and Wiresuperstore.com.com shall also, if customer fails to make payment, have the exclusive right to file a claim with the applicable airline, carrier, vessel and/or insurance company

Hazardous Materials Shipping
Some products offered by Wiresuperstore.com.com are designated “ORM-D,” meaning that the FAA classifies them as potentially hazardous materials because they’re liquids, have a particular chemical content, or are packaged in pressurized containers. Due to federal regulations, ORM-D items can only be shipped ground, and can’t be sent beyond the 48 contiguous United States.

Package Guarantees
In the unlikely situation that your shipment doesn’t arrive at its destination, we’re happy to issue replacement items, but we can only do so for orders with tracking numbers.   In addition, extra insurance can be bought on orders shipping via UPS, and Fedex. 

Special Shipping Needs
Since service is our number one goal, we will bend over backwards to assist you with any special shipping needs.  If you’d like order tracking, signature confirmation, insurance or other special shipping considerations that may not be automatically included with your chosen shipping method, please leave us a note in the “Comment” field during checkout, or call us directly to make a request. We’ll do everything in our power to accommodate you!
